What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be part of a team focused on high-quality work, with responsibilities including:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns (individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships)
• Managing compliance obligations, including BAS and FBT
• Assisting with tax planning, year-end adjustments, and business advice
• Reviewing junior work and supporting professional development
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client outcomes and internal processes

This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys working with detail and thrives on technical complexity; someone who prefers to get things done right, not just done.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards it)
• Strong tax knowledge across multiple entities
• Experience preparing complex financials and returns
• Detail-focused, reliable, and self-motivated
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge

Gap Year Opportunity 2027: Front Desk/Reception

Based at our Albany office, this is a 12-month opportunity to join the Lincolns team as our Trainee Receptionist. As the welcoming face and voice of Lincolns, you'll greet clients, answer phones, and help our front-of-house run smoothly, all while building real workplace experience before university or further study.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting clients and visitors, and letting the right team member know they've arrived
• Answering phones and connecting clients with the right person
• Managing meeting room bookings and keeping our front-of-house looking sharp
• Sorting and sending mail, and handling deliveries
• Lending a hand with scanning, filing and general admin support
• Helping out with small office projects and events, including the occasional morning tea

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous office experience. We're more interested in finding someone reliable, approachable, and willing to give things a go.
