Graduates and Trainees
We regularly employ and train graduate university and TAFE accounting students.
We also employ people without formal accounting qualifications who have the passion to learn.
Lincolns encourages Tertiary Studies and supports this learning while you work.
Study Support
We support all forms of professional development including mentoring, coaching and study support.
Our study support programme provides assistance to accountants who are studying for their CPA or CA qualification through CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Internship Program
Recently Lincolns has introduced an Internship Program for university students who are studying an Accounting or Finance degree. The program allows students to work in the field alongside their study to gain experience in a range of areas within the accounting industry as well as get real insight in to their potential future career. In addition, the program may also contribute to credits towards the degree.
