Wrapping Up 2025!
As we wrap up 2025 and reflect on our year, we would like to acknowledge the difficult end to 2025 that our local farming communities have faced. Our sincere thoughts are with the families and friends who have been affected.
While it’s been a challenging time for many, we also want to take a moment to share some of the positive moments that brought our team together this year. From welcoming new faces and celebrating personal milestones to sharing knowledge at industry events and enjoying some memorable team experiences, 2025 has had its highlights.
We’ve also had the chance to support causes close to our hearts and connect with our community in meaningful ways — something we’re proud to keep building on. Take a look back at the moments that made this year special and get a glimpse of what’s ahead in 2026.
Team Events
2025 has been jam packed here at Lincolns, both inside and outside the office. Our partners and managers kicked things off in February at the 2025 Walker Wayland Conference in Perth, returning inspired and full of ideas for the year ahead.
As always, our End of Financial Year celebration was a highlight. This year’s theme took us back to the 80s, complete with big hair, bold colours and some very enthusiastic group costumes. It was a fantastic night that brought out plenty of creativity and plenty of laughs.
Giving back remained an important part of our year. Our team took part in the Hospice 24-Hour Spinathon, The Push-Up Challenge and the Wild Gravel event, each supporting local initiatives that our team feel strongly about.
Our Social Club also kept the fun rolling with a variety of events and activities. Standouts included International Food Day - a delicious showcase of our diverse backgrounds and family favourites, and the hotly contested Mushroom Cup Mario Kart competition, which revealed some unexpected racing talent!
We’ve wrapped up another memorable year together and can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for our team.
Team News
It’s been a huge year for our team, not just in the work we’ve delivered but in the exciting personal milestones everyone has been celebrating. Love was definitely in the air, with both Rod and Mahesh announcing their engagements.
Alan tied the knot, marking a beautiful new chapter in his life. And adding even more joy to the year, both Brook and Ben announced they’re expecting babies due in early 2026 — amazing news for each growing family.
It’s been a pleasure sharing these moments together, and we want to extend a warm congratulations to everyone. Here’s to a year filled with love, new beginnings, and plenty to look forward to in 2026.
