Bec has been a member of the Lincolns team since 2019, originally commencing as a Bookkeeper. Since then Bec has progressed her career first moving into an Accountant role before becoming a Client Manager. Her current role of Training & Development Manager commenced in 2025.

As Training and Development Manager at Lincolns, Bec leads initiatives that build capability, enhance performance and support meaningful career growth across the firm. She works with team members at all levels to design and deliver practical training, coordinate professional development and maintain a strong internal knowledge base.

From onboarding new starters to shaping long-term learning pathways, Bec is focused on helping our people grow with confidence. With a proactive and people-first approach, Bec aims to create engaging, consistent development experiences that support both individual and firm-wide success.
